Location: Birchwood Park, Warrington, with occasional site visit to Cumbria required.
Hybrid working: Birchwood Park, Warrington. Hybrid working, minimum of 3 days per week.
Arrangement: Contracted (Inside IR35) or Staff.
Salary: Dependent on experience

BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.
Supporting one of our key clients we are looking for Senior/Principle CE&I Engineer to support the site readiness Projects of a nuclear licensed site. This will involve providing mechanical assistance and managing activities so that processes are properly, adequately, and efficiently implemented across the project.
Responsibilities of a Senior/Principal CE&I Engineer:
- Required to provide CE&I design support to the construction, instillation, and commissioning activities on the plant.
- Working closely with the associated site-based engineering teams.
- Overseeing the liaising with the main contractor engineering delivery team.
- Provide ongoing support throughout all the delivery phases of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Provide package/system specific design support.
- The ability to provide periodic/occasional onsite support.
Qualification & Experience:
To be considered for this role as a Senior/Principle CE&I Engineer you should have most of the following:
Essential for a Senior/ Principal CE&I Engineer :
- Experience on plant process control systems with PLC/SCADA or equivalent architectures.
- Required to provide technical support during design close out, instillation and commissioning.
- Experience in CE Marking and Machinery Risk Assessment.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of PES/software
- An understanding of concise and how it is applied and managed throughout the design process.
- Understanding of contractual practices and arrangements or similar experience preferred.
