Project Quality Manager

The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to Public transport, so access is not an issue.

As Project Quality Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring every process and outcome meets the highest standards. From developing the Quality Management System to mentoring future leaders, your work will directly influence the success of this landmark project. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and integrity, making a real difference in building infrastructure that matters.

This project will mobilise in February 2026 and is forecasted for project completion in 2027 - Seymour Whyte, alongside Civmec and Aurecon, is proud to deliver this legacy development for Main Roads Western Australia.

About the role:

  • Develop and implement the project Quality Management System
  • Oversee Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans and method statements
  • Manage audits, inspections and compliance reporting
  • Lead document control and nonconformance management
  • Mentor and supervise quality team members

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in quality assurance for civil construction
  • Tertiary engineering qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of client standards and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and QMS tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
