Medewerker Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie

Voor onze Business Units in Nijmegen en Zevenaar versterk je ons werkgeversmerk en zorg je dat nieuwe collega’s ons weten te vinden. Je vertaalt de strategie naar uitvoering en maakt campagnes die werken.


Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt doelen naar de juiste kanalen, touchpoints en formats
  • Je ontwikkelt en vult de arbeidsmarktcommunicatiekalender
  • Je bedenkt formats en maakt content die doelgroepen raken
  • Je zet campagnes op en voert ze uit via online en offline kanalen
  • Je organiseert events zoals bedrijvendagen en stagemarkten

Je ziet kansen en pakt ze. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen plannen en doen en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.


Wie zoeken we?

  • Je werkt en denkt op hbo-niveau
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring op het gebied van B2B- of arbeidsmarktcommunicatie
  • Je plant vooruit en houdt overzicht
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig maakt je snel nieuwe tools en systemen eigen
