Order Administrator (NL)

Je belangrijkste taak is tijdig en nauwkeurig vastleggen van inkoop- en verkooporders, daarnaast ben je als Order Administrator verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Onderhouden van nauwkeurige en up-to-date klantgegevens;
  • Communiceren met klanten om orderdetails te bevestigen en vragen te beantwoorden;
  • Het administratief verwerken van RMA-aanvragen van klanten;
  • Voorstellen doen om procedures binnen het inkoop- en verkoopproces te verbeteren.
  • Minimaal MBO+ opleiding en affiniteit met techniek;
  • Je hebt gevoel voor details en werkt klantgericht;
  • Schrikt niet weg van administratieve taken; 
  • Je hebt commerciële en contactuele vaardigheden;
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen, wij werken met Business Central 356;
