Responsibilities
Lead and supervise commissioning activities for the Ruya Batch 1 Riser Platform (RP) across onshore and offshore phases.
Review and approve commissioning procedures, technical dossiers, and operational test packs to ensure compliance and readiness.
Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary commissioning team, ensuring safety, planning, and operational performance targets are met.
Oversee contractor commissioning activities, monitor progress vs. plan, and implement corrective actions when required.
Interface with construction, operations, and other project entities to ensure smooth execution and handover.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and transfer of care, custody, and operations to field teams.
Represent commissioning in audits, risk assessments, FATs, and technical reviews worldwide.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,
At least 15-20 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a management Commissioning role,
Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,
Available for technical missions worldwide,
Experienced with Total General Specifications, OPERCOM and ICAPS, PRODOM and relevant codes and standards,
Language: Fluent English,
Computer literate,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
