The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is a key delivery partner within the Sizewell C nuclear new‑build programme on the Suffolk coast. The alliance brings together specialist engineering organisations responsible for preparing the ground for construction - using advanced geotechnical techniques such as piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting.

As part of a large, collaborative and high‑performing team, you will play a vital role in enabling a safe, compliant and efficient workforce onboarding process for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

About the role:

To support the effective planning, coordination, and assurance of training across the GSA project by working closely with operational teams, HR, and delivery partners. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide clear guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on training and competence matters.
  • Contribute to regular reporting on training status, risks, and progress.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support the review and improvement of training processes, guidance, and documentation.
  • Capture feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve training coordination and effectiveness.

General
