MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
To assist and support the Construction Manager and the Commissioning Manager in supervising the Pyrolysis  Contractors activities linked to the Precommmissioning Commissioning and the construction of the facilities BOP and Core Plant, in both preparation and execution phases, under the responsibility of the piping leader.

The PCC Piping Supervisor will report directly to the Piping Lead during construction phase and to the PCC Piping Lead  during the PCC phases, and is in charge:

• To review the precom and commissioning preparation by the contractor, such as but not limited to: leak test, GALT, OTs, OTP’s preparation.
• To supervise the pre-commissioning and the commissioning preparation and the execution at the fabrication sites, in order to deliver an installation to CPY as ready for operation on schedule.
• To supervise the Contractors  Supervisors Team during the whole phase of Pyrolysis project.
• To Supervise Leak test, GALT and Process OTPs during commissioning activities.
• To assess satisfactory works responsibilities and job function in a safe and timely manner.
• Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE instructions and policies.
• Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report them to HSE department. Volumes Commercialized (GW/MW): 400 MW

ACTIVITIES
PRE-COMMISSIONING /COMMISSIONING PREPARATION PHASE

• Review the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures.
• Promote safety within the commissioning activities and verifies that safety procedures are implemented and follow by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY.
• Maximize commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
• Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities (OSBL)
• Ensure that the lists of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are fully comprehensive, including operational test procedures, Leak test pack.

CONSTRUCTION / PRECOM / COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASE

• Follow the contractor ’s Piping-Process construction activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) software.
• Follow the contractor ’s Piping-Process Precom/commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) software.
• Follow the execution of Piping-Process precom/commissioning activities to achieve commissioning                       schedule completion target.
• Supervise the reporting of commissioning execution to ensure that all technical, contractual information are properly recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as required by law regulations and COMPANY policies.
• Control and follow-up on red line mark-up drawings.
• Follow the hydrotest, leak test N2, GALT, service Test
• Follow the final reinstatement of the Plastic Energy © modules.
• Control and follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update, Closing of Punch list, reporting .

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering,
• Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,
• Experienced with the Client Standards (#Total General Specifications), OPERCOM and ICAPS, DCC and relevant codes and standards,
• Language: French
• Computer literate,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
• Open minded.
• Speaking English is a plus.
