Field Sales

FIELD SALES isrequired by our Client, an Oil and Gas Contactor, to be located in Louisiana, US.

POSITION SCOPE

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to contribute to our sales growth. In partnership with our Business Development and Technical teams, you will develop and execute sales strategies to attract new customers. Previous sales success is required, but technical proficiency is not a prerequisite.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while expanding sales with existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, project management) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Attend industry events and training programs to stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Use of computer software
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and/or physical.
