As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in managing complex contracts and ensuring commercial excellence from procurement through to close-out. You’ll oversee tender evaluations, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and maintain compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. Your expertise will help deliver one of NSW’s most significant water infrastructure projects, supporting the future of Western Sydney and its growing communities.

About the role:

• Administer head contract compliance and subcontract agreements
• Oversee tender evaluations and negotiate subcontractor terms
• Process payments, variations, and ensure statutory compliance
• Support project team with commercial advice and reporting
• Maintain financial systems and deliver contract admin training

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Diploma or certificate in financial/commercial administration
• Proven experience in contracts administration with a principal contractor
• Strong knowledge of procurement and financial systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
