Project Administrator
3/8/2026Seymour Whyte is delivering Coomera Connector Stage 1 South, a key infrastructure project improving transport links between Logan City and the Gold Coast. By building additional crossings over the Coomera and Nerang Rivers, this stage will ease congestion on the M1 and provide residents in growing areas such as Helensvale and Coomera with an alternative route.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our project team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong administrative capabilities, and is passionate about contributing to the success of a major infrastructure project.
Working closely with the project team, you will play a key role in supporting project compliance, coordinating training and inductions, managing documentation, and reporting, and maintaining accurate records across a range of project activities.
This is a diverse and hands-on opportunity that will see you collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team, gaining valuable experience on a significant infrastructure project, and making a meaningful contribution to the effective management of project systems, reporting, compliance and documentation.
About the role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, ensuring compliance systems and documentation are maintained accurately
- Coordinate workforce inductions, onboarding documentation, licences, competencies and training records
- Support the preparation of project reports, KPI tracking and data management across systems
- Maintain project registers, records and documentation, including audits, training, certifications and compliance requirements
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions and project events, including scheduling, logistics and record keeping
- Assist with site audits, inspections and compliance activities, working closely with project and operational teams
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administrative roles within civil construction or a related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
