The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to public transport, so access is not an issue.

As a Senior Supervisor on this project, you’ll play a major part in bringing the design to life. You’ll lead multiple work areas at once, coordinating crews, subcontractors and plant to keep delivery moving safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with Engineers and project leaders, helping shape short‑term programs, solving problems on the ground and supporting your team to perform at their best. Your leadership will directly influence how safely, smoothly and successfully the project is delivered.

About The Role:

• Leading and coordinating multiple work fronts, crews and subcontractors
• Planning upcoming works, resources, plant and equipment with Engineers
• Preparing and implementing SWMS, task hazard reviews and safety activities
• Running effective pre‑starts, toolbox talks and daily communication
• Completing daily diaries, timesheets and records to support productivity and claims

The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills And Experience:

• Extensive experience supervising civil construction works across multiple trades
• Strong understanding of WHS, environmental and quality requirements
• Ability to interpret drawings, ITPs and detailed construction programs
• Confident communicator with proven leadership and mentoring capability
• Skilled in managing plant, resources, budgets and daily reporting

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
