Alternance Chargé du développement des richesses humaines F/H
15/07/2026Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable du Développement des Richesses Humaines et en lien avec l’équipe DevRH, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre des Politiques Recrutement, la Gestion de carrières, le Développement des compétences et aux projets de développement du service.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du processus Recrutement des deux Directions, relations écoles et partenaires
- Apporter un appui concernant la planification des évènements, la communication et le reporting
- Assurer en lien avec la Responsable Formation la mise en œuvre et le déploiement du Plan de Développement des Compétences, assurer l’organisation des sessions de formation (reporting, suivi des actions, gestion financière et administration, relation OPCO, inscription …), participer à la campagne des alternants (relation écoles et OPCO, gestion des cerfas…)
- Contribuer à la mise en place et au suivi de projets de Développement RH (Accords, Diversité, BDSE, Dialogue social …)
- Participer aux groupes de travail
- Contribuer à la réalisation des activités transverses du Service DevRH
- Participer à la réalisation des notes, outils, rapports, études ou projets
Votre profil :
Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2
Formation en Ressources Humaines
