VINCI Facilities Maine Littoral recherche son ou sa futur(e) Conducteur/Conductrice de Travaux F/H à CHOLET (49).

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Affaires, vous êtes garant(e) de :

Préparation et organisation des chantiers :

  • Réaliser les visites techniques préalables
  • Définir les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires
  • Planifier les interventions et coordonner les équipes internes et sous-traitantes

Suivi et pilotage des travaux :

  • Contrôler l’avancement, la qualité et la conformité des travaux
  • Assurer le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes QSE
  • Participer à l’élaboration des devis

Management et coordination :

  • Accueillir et encadrer les équipes sur site
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les comptes-rendus
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du client et garantir l’image de VINCI Facilities Maine Littoral


Reporting et amélioration continue :

  • Suivre le budget des affaires en collaboration avec le Responsable d’Affaires : contrôler les coûts engagés, analyser les écarts, et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives pour garantir la rentabilité des opérations
  • Maîtriser le Pack Office et les outils informatiques nécessaires au suivi des chantiers, à la gestion des documents techniques et au reporting
  • Proposer des optimisations techniques et organisationnelles

Vous êtes notre futur(e) Conducteur/Conductrice Travaux si vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil suivant :

  • Formation de niveau Bac dans le domaine du bâtiment ou équivalent
  • 10 ans d’expérience sur le terrain dans le bâtiment (électricité, plomberie, chauffage)
  • Polyvalence technique et bonne connaissance des réalités du chantier
  • Sens du service, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et organisationnelles
