Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly meetings, maintain modification tracking registers, and ensure visibility of risks, opportunities, and priorities.
Promote an Incident‑Free culture and ensure HSE values are embedded in all maintenance activities.
Provide offshore experience and technical support to enhance maintenance preparation and execution quality.
Develop, update, and optimize maintenance strategies, procedures, work instructions, and master data for all asset classes.
Support execution teams (base operations, campaign, shutdown, fabric maintenance) in backlog management, planning performance, and opportunity outage prioritization.
Analyze maintenance KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Inspection, and Field Operations teams to ensure alignment on risk management, modifications, and management of change.
Review engineering documents (P&IDs, ELDs, vendor manuals) and validate deliverables from MIEC contractors.
Profile
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas industry with offshore Experience and Mechanical bachelor’s degree.
Broad understanding of offshore Oil & Gas facilities Operations and Maintenance Management requirements
Good knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP ECC and S4)
Knowledge of how to find and review engineering drawings ELDs, P&IDs Vendors manuals etc.
Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas platform
Results driven approach and attitude.
Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
