Dans le cadre d'un remplacement au sein de notre filiale C3B (70 M€, 222 collaborateurs), nous recrutons un.e Chargé.e méthodes.

Sous la responsabilité du Référent méthodes, vous aurez la charge des missions suivantes :

La réalisation des méthodes d’organisation de nos chantiers. A ce titre vous interviendrez sur :

•    Accompagnement des études de prix en phase appel d’offre
•    Plan d’Installation de Chantier 3D
•    Adéquation des moyens de levage / charge de grue
•    Modes constructifs, métrés et solutions constructives
•    Planning objectif et main d’œuvre
•    Estimation matériel et rotation de banche

La réalisation des méthodes d’exécution de nos chantiers. A ce titre vous interviendrez sur :

•    Accompagnement de l’équipe travaux, suivis de chantier
•    Phasages et rotations journalière
•    Plans de sécurité et passerelles
•    Plan d’étaiement 
•    Matériels spécifiques
•    Modes opératoires d’exécutions 

Poste basé à Fontaine-Les-Dijon (21), des déplacements sur nos chantiers en Bourgogne Franche Comté sont à prévoir.


Issu.e d'une formation supérieure en Bâtiment (Bac +5). Vous disposez d'une première expérience significative de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.

Vous maitrisez pleinement les outils suivants : REVIT, Autocad et excel.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d'analyse et vos qualités rédactionnelles.
