Technicien en économie de la construction / étude de prix F/H

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, au sein de notre filiale C3B (70 M€, 222 collaborateurs), nous recrutons un.e Technicien.ne études de prix.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable des Etudes de prix, vous collaborez à l'étude d'un projet en réponse aux appels d'offres et serez chargé.e de :

•             Préparer son dossier d'études de prix
•             Quantifier et consulter les sous-traitants
•             Chiffrer l'étude
•             Participer à la négociation et à la mise au point du marché
•             Participer aux relations avec les équipes travaux
•             Etablir et diffuser les retours d'expérience

Poste basé à Fontaine-les-dijon (21)


Issu.e de formation supérieure Bac + 2/3, vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des métiers de la construction et vous justifiez à minima d'une première expérience en stage idéalement au sein d'un service études de prix en bâtiment.



Rigoureux.se et organisé.e, vous justifiez de qualités relationnelles certaines.

Vos qualité d'écoute et votre esprit de synthèse vous apporteront réussite dans votre fonction.
