CONTEXTE DE LA MISSION

  • Le préventeur HSE intervient pour renforcer la sécurité sur chantier à la demande du MOA, selon une durée et fréquence définies.
  • Il anime la sécurité et la protection de la santé auprès des entreprises de construction retenues.
  • Il doit disposer des habilitations requises (MASE ou ISO 45001, Safety Pass, risques chimiques, ATEX, secourisme, AIPR, habilitations électriques…).
  •  Le prestataire fournit son véhicule et tout le matériel nécessaire (détecteurs gaz, EPI conformes aux normes, protections complémentaires).
  •  Une phase initiale de prise de connaissance des règles HSE et du périmètre d’intervention est obligatoire, avec livrables (plan de prévention signé, synthèse technique).
  • Le préventeur contrôle la mise en œuvre des consignes de sécurité, anime des causeries, vérifie analyses de risques, EPI, habilitations et conformité du matériel.
  •  Il tient une main courante, rédige un compte-rendu journalier, réalise des visites comportementales et peut stopper les travaux dangereux..

OBJECTIFS ET LIVRABLES

  • Il participe à la gestion des permis de travail, contrôle d’atmosphère, suivi des règles d’hygiène, environnement et sûreté, et intervient en cas d’incident ou alerte.
  • Des audits et réunions de suivi sont organisés pour garantir le respect des exigences HSE et réglementaires
