Assistant responsable d'activité F/H

Depuis son site lyonnais (Oullins) spécialisé dans le conseil et la réalisation de systèmes mécanisés dédiés aux métiers de la logistique, Actemium Lyon Logistics Solutions propose des offres ensemblières de systèmes automatisés ainsi que des projets d’extension et de rétrofit dans le domaine de la logistique. 

Rattaché au responsable d’activité chantier, l’assistant responsable d’activité contribue à la préparation, au suivi et à la coordination opérationnelle du service.

VOS MISSIONS : 

Sous la direction du responsable d’activité Chantier :

- Rédiger les ordres mission des collaborateurs
- Initier et mettre à jour le planning de l’équipe chantier
- Mener les consultation fournisseurs
- Réaliser les demandes d’achat dans l’ERP (SAP)
- Suivre les commandes et réceptionner/valider les factures ou fin de travaux
- Réaliser les demandes d’intérimaire au service concerné
- Valider les pointages de l’équipe chantier
- Préparation des accueils au poste / documentations chantier
- Accompagner le responsable d’activité chantier dans ses activités opérationnelles si nécessaire

Votre formation Bac +2/+3, BTS / BUT technique ou équivalent, vous maitrisez les outils de bureautique. Une maitrise de l’anglais et des processus Vinci Energies seraient un plus. Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et avez une bonne capacité d’analyse.
