Chef de projet automatisme F/H

Actemium Grenoble (13M€ de CA et 70 salariés) est une entreprise experte de l’ingénierie et des réalisations des équipements industriels qui présente des offres dans le domaine de l’hydroélectricité, des énergies nouvelles renouvelables et des gaz (Biogaz et Hydrogène).

En tant que chef(fe) de projet automatisme, vous :

  • Pilotez les projets d’automatisme (programmation, supervision, mise en service…) 
  • Réalisez l’analyse fonctionnelle des besoins clients et la traduisez en solutions techniques adaptées 
  • Intervenez directement sur les aspects techniques : 
    • Programmation d’automates
    • Création de systèmes de supervision
    • Rédaction des cahiers de tests
    • Mise en service
  • Accompagnez et faites monter en compétences les automaticiens de l’équipe (2 salariés) : mentorat, formation interne, partage de bonnes pratiques 
  • Collaborez avec le bureau d’études électrotechniques, le Responsable d’Affaires et les clients 
  • Assurez la relation client et la qualité des livrables

Profil recherché:

Diplôme Bac+5 en automatisme, informatique industrielle ou électrotechnique, ou Bac+2/3 avec 10 ans d’expérience en automatisme industriel 

Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets d’automatisme industriel, idéalement dans des environnements variés (énergie, process, chimie, etc.) 

Maîtrise des automates programmables (Schneider, Siemens…), des systèmes de supervision, des langages industriels (Grafcet, Ladder, SCL, LIST) 

Capacité à concevoir, développer et valider des solutions automatisées complexes

Leadership, pédagogie, goût pour la technique et la transmission, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie, réactivité
