Responsable QSE F/H

En tant que Responsable QSE, vous êtes le garant de la démarche Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement de l’entreprise. Vous pilotez le système de management intégré et contribuez activement à l’amélioration continue de nos pratiques et de notre performance globale. 

Vos missions au quotidien : 

  • Piloter et faire évoluer le système QSE (qualité, sécurité, environnement)
  • Définir et suivre les plans d’actions ainsi que les indicateurs de performance
  • Organiser et accompagner les audits internes et externes
  • Gérer les certifications ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
  • Identifier, prévenir et suivre les risques professionnels (DUERP, plans de prévention…)
  • Sensibiliser et former les collaborateurs aux enjeux QSE
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire en matière de sécurité et d’environnement
  • Participer au développement des démarches RSE et des actions environnementales
  • Travailler en lien avec les équipes terrain et les parties prenantes internes
  • Contribuer à la sécurité des systèmes d’information en collaboration avec le RSSI

  • Formation Bac +5 en QSE, qualité ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes ISO et des outils d’amélioration continue
  • À l’aise sur le terrain, avec un bon relationnel
  • Leadership, rigueur et capacité à fédérer
  • Esprit d’analyse et sens des priorités
