Data Scientist IA F/H

Mission
Participer à la conception, au développement, à l'évaluation et à l'industrialisation de solutions d'intelligence artificielle répondant aux besoins des clients. Le Data Scientist intervient sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets IA, de l'analyse des données jusqu'au déploiement des modèles en production.


Principales responsabilités
• Analyser les besoins métiers et les traduire en solutions d'IA.
• Préparer, explorer et valoriser les données.
• Concevoir, entraîner et évaluer des modèles de Machine Learning, Deep Learning et IA générative.
• Développer des solutions de RAG, d'agents IA et de Computer Vision selon les projets.
• Industrialiser les modèles et développer des API d'inférence.
• Participer à l'automatisation des tests et des déploiements via GitLab CI/CD.
• Assurer la qualité, la documentation et la maintenance des solutions développées.
• Réaliser une veille technologique et contribuer aux PoC.

Rattaché(e) au Lead Data Scientist / Responsable IA & Data Science.

• Bac +5 (École d'ingénieur, Master ou Doctorat).
• Environ 3 ans d'expérience en Data Science ou Intelligence Artificielle.
• Expérience sur des projets IA de bout en bout, du développement au déploiement.
• Bon esprit d'analyse, autonomie, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Atouts

• Expérience sur des plateformes cloud (Azure ML, Databricks…).
• Connaissances des pratiques MLOps.
• Expérience dans le développement d'assistants IA et d'agents autonomes.
• Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet Agile (Azure DevOps, Jira…).
