VOS MISSIONS

Nous recherchons un.e assistant.e gestionnaire Paie & RH en alternance.

Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle paie et sur la gestion administrative RH. Ce poste est idéal pour un.e étudiant.e souhaitant se professionnaliser et développer des compétences solides en paie et en gestion RH.

Participation au processus paie :

·         Préparer, contrôler et saisir les éléments variables de paie

·         Suivre les absences, arrêts maladie, congés, temps de travail

·         Participer au contrôle des bulletins de paie

Gestion administrative RH :

·         Participer à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs

·         Mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel et les tableaux de bord associés

·         Contribuer à la gestion de la formation et aux obligations légales

Support RH :

·         Participer à des projets transversaux (collectes, dons, actions RSE…)

💼 En cours de formation supérieure avec une spécialisation en RH & Paie, vous êtes reconnu.e par :
