Cegelec Tertiaire IDF, filiale du groupe VINCI Energies recrute :

Un(e) Assistant(e) Achats H/F en temps partiel

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité Sécurité Environnement et Logistique de la société Cegelec Tertiaire ldF, vous avez pour mission d’assister les acheteurs et approvisionneurs, ainsi que le service Qualité Sécurité Environnement et Logistique.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous rendez compte de l'état d'avancement à votre responsable et êtes garant(e) de la satisfaction de vos clients internes en termes de qualité, délais et service. 

À ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Collecter, enregistrer, analyser et renseigner dans le panel les documents administratifs des sous-traitants.
  • Etablir les cautions Article 14 pour les commandes de sous-traitance.
  • Réaliser les demandes de création, modification, extension de compte fournisseur.
  • Assister les Responsables Achats pour la rédaction / l’enregistrement des contrats cadre de sous-traitance.
  • Traiter les demandes d’achat inférieures à 5 000€ dans le cadre des contrats cadre
  • Assistance au service Qualité Sécurité et Logistique

Vous serez le(la) représentant(e) de l’image de marque Cegelec Tertiaire Idf vis-à-vis de nos sous-traitants et fournisseurs, et serez en contact permanent avec les opérationnels (Responsables d’affaires, acheteurs…)

Les missions ne sont pas définitives et pourront être adaptées en fonction de vos attentes.


De formation administrative, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 année d'expérience à un poste similaire.

Vous maitrisez les bases du pack OFFICE et la connaissance de l'outil SAP est un plus pour votre candidature.

Le poste est à pourvoir en temps partiel (4/5eme).
