Non-Aeronautical Development Analyst (F/M)

We are currently looking for a Non-Aeronautical Development Analyst (F/M), based in VINCI Airports HQ in Nanterre, France.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance and Analytics, the Non-Aeronautical Development Analyst (F/M) will contribute to VINCI Airports’ global development by supporting the performance, structuring, and optimization of airport non-aeronautical revenues.
The role focuses on the following key missions within the Commercial team:
Non-Aeronautical Revenue Streams Analytics
- Analyze sales, revenue, and performance drivers across key non-aeronautical activities, including Retail & F&B, Parking, Hospitality services and Real Estate.
- Assess passenger spending behavior, revenue per passenger, and commercial performance across different airport profiles and geographies.
- Provide analytical support for mobility revenues (parking, car rental, ride-hailing) and hospitality services (lounges, fast track, meet & greet, hotels).
- Analyze pricing structures, capacity utilization, and revenue optimization levers.
- Support analysis of cargo-related revenues, including cargo handling activities and cargo real estate.
Business Planning & Financial Modeling
- Build and review business plans and financial models for non-aeronautical revenue streams at airport level.
- Contribute to long-term revenue forecasts, investment analysis, and profitability assessments for commercial and service activities.
Market Intelligence, Benchmarks & Best Practices
- Monitor market trends, competitive practices, and innovative commercial concepts across airports worldwide.
- Perform benchmarks and analytical studies to support VINCI Airports’ commercial strategy and value creation initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, infrastructure, real estate, transport, or within an airport or airport group.
- Solid background in financial modeling, business planning, and revenue analysis.
- Experience in at least one non-aeronautical revenue stream (commercial, mobility, hospitality, or cargo) is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is appreciated.
