Nous accompagnons nos clients dans l’exploitation et la performance de leurs bâtiments (tertiaires, industriels, logistiques…) en proposant des solutions sur mesure pour améliorer le confort, la performance énergétique et la durabilité de leurs installations.

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Apprenti(e) Support IT qui rejoindra les équipes de notre Correspondant Informatique. 

Tes missions :

  • Support & équipements IT

- Préparer et paramétrer les postes de travail (ordinateurs, smartphones)

- Participer à la création et à l’amélioration des processus de paramétrage IT
- Formaliser et documenter les bonnes pratiques

  • Assistance & outils utilisateurs

- Te former à l’outil de ticketing EasyVista
- Accompagner les utilisateurs vers plus d’autonomie (création et suivi des tickets, bonnes pratiques IT)
- Interagir avec divers interlocuteurs internes

  • Communication & sensibilisation IT

- Concevoir et animer des webinaires IT
- Sensibiliser les utilisateurs sur différentes thématiques :Sécurité informatique
- Gestion des mots de passe
- Outils type LastPass

  • Projets & innovation

- Participer à la mise en place de reportings IT automatisés (Power BI)
- Contribuer au développement d’un site ou espace IT interne, destiné notamment au CODIR
- Objectif : automatiser et valoriser l’activité IT de la Direction

Ton environnement technique
Tu seras amené(e) à travailler avec (ou à te former sur) :

- Power BI
- Python
- HTML / CSS
- Outils de développement et de reporting IT
Une montée en compétences progressive est prévue, adaptée à ton niveau.


Étudiant(e) en BTS, idéalement BTS SIO, en alternance sur 2 ans
Bon relationnel et aisance à l’oral
Curiosité, rigueur et esprit d’initiative
Capacité à mettre en pratique les connaissances théoriques
Sens de la confidentialité et de l’organisation
À l’aise pour travailler avec différents interlocuteurs
