VINCI FACILITIES recrute pour l'une de ses directions un Gestionnaire de Paie et ADP (F/H) en CDI.

📍 Poste basé à Neuilly‑Plaisance (93)

Vous assurez la gestion complète de la paie et de l’administration du personnel, de l’entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs :

  •  Assurer la gestion de la paie et l’administration du personnel
  • Constituer les dossiers administratifs d’embauche : rĂ©daction des contrats de travail, DPAE, organisation de l’accueil RH/Paie
  • Assurer l’intĂ©gration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Suivre les pĂ©riodes d’essai en lien avec les managers
  • Collecter, saisir et vĂ©rifier les donnĂ©es fixes et variables de paie sur le logiciel HR ACCESS
  • Établir et contrĂ´ler les bulletins de paie
  • GĂ©rer les congĂ©s payĂ©s en relation avec la CNETP
  • ProcĂ©der aux dĂ©clarations sociales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles liĂ©es Ă  la paie
  • Assurer la gestion des dossiers mutuelle et prĂ©voyance
  • GĂ©rer les opĂ©rations courantes liĂ©es Ă  la rĂ©munĂ©ration : accidents du travail, arrĂŞts maladie, attestations de salaire, tickets restaurant, remboursement de transport, etc.
  • Assurer le suivi des visites mĂ©dicales, la commande des cartes BTP, le suivi des autorisations de travail
  • Suivre les mouvements du personnel et rĂ©diger les documents associĂ©s : avenants, changements d’affectation, conventions de mobilitĂ©, maillage, etc.
  • GĂ©rer les opĂ©rations de sortie du personnel : soldes de tout compte, formalitĂ©s administratives, communication interne et transmission des documents aux salariĂ©s
  • Assurer la gestion des contraventions liĂ©es aux vĂ©hicules de service et de fonction


Issu(e) idéalement d’une formation comptable, vous disposez de solides connaissances techniques ainsi que d’une bonne compréhension du cadre législatif et réglementaire de la paie.

La maîtrise du logiciel HR ACCESS sera un atout apprécié.

Nous restons toutefois ouverts à des profils variés, dès lors que vous faites preuve de motivation et de rigueur.
