⚡ Chef d'équipe réseaux (H/F) – Pontivy F/H

Nous intervenons auprès de clients publics et privés sur des chantiers à fort enjeu technique, en garantissant sécurité, qualité et respect des délais.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au conducteur de travaux, vous êtes le relais opérationnel sur chantier :

  • Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 3 compagnons
  • Organiser et suivre l’avancement des travaux (réseaux secs principalement)
  • Participer aux travaux (terrassement, pose de réseaux, raccordements)
  • Garantir la sécurité sur chantier (brief sécurité, respect des procédures)
  • Gérer le matériel et les approvisionnements
  • Être l’interlocuteur terrain du client / riverains
  • Assurer le reporting quotidien 

Le profil

  • Expérience confirmée en réseaux (élec, éclairage public, télécom)
  • Première expérience réussie en encadrement d’équipe
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités, culture sécurité forte
  • Capacité à gérer la pression chantier (délais, aléas, clients)
  • Permis B obligatoire

Habilitations nécessaires

  • Habilitations électriques (B1V / BR / BC selon profil)
  • AIPR encadrant
  • CACES engins de chantier (idéalement R486B)
  • H0B0 minimum
