Notre périmètre régional étant en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) De Recrutements pour
accompagner le développement de nos 7 entreprises.

Sous la responsabilité de la RH périmètre, vous aurez pour missions de :
• Analyser et recueillir les différents besoins en recrutement
• Participer à la rédaction et à la diffusion des annonces.
• Identifier et chasser les talents sur différents canaux
• Tester et mettre en place des méthodes de sourcing innovantes afin d’attirer les futurs talents
• Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur nos différents jobboards
• Préqualifier les profils en fonction des besoins des projets.
• Mener les entretiens de recrutement en présentiel et/ou en visio
• Actualiser et enrichir notre base de données candidats.
• Rédiger les comptes rendus d’entretien 
• Participer à la communication RH sur les réseaux sociaux
• Effectuer un reporting hebdomadaire 


Poste basé à Nantes nécessitant une mobilité régionale (déplacement à la journée).


Ce que l’on attend de vous :
• De formation Ressources Humaines ou école de commerce (Bac+3)
• Une première expérience significative (2 ans minimum) sur un poste de Chargé(e) de recrutement 
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos talents de chasseur(seuse)
• Vous maîtrisez LinkedIn, les techniques de sourcing et d’approche directe
• Vous êtes à l’aise sur le pack office : Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Dynamique et enthousiaste, vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens du relationnel, du service et du résultat.
• Vous savez allier autonomie et travail en équipe.
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez une bonne expression orale et écrite
• Vous êtes force de proposition, pro-actif(ve) et réactif(ve)
