Léa, working in Toronto, says: “I'm learning so much, not only about the job and technical skills, but also about what it's like to work in Canada. I feel like I'm discovering much more than I would in France at 25."
But if you’re uncomfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, this might not be for you.
- You need mentors to grow – Looking for a supportive work environment?
You’ll have experienced professionals guiding you and be part of Young Talents @VINCI Construction, a strong peer network.Thomas in New Zealand shares: “My manager made feel part of the team from day one, end ensures I progress every day.”
But if you prefer working solo and don’t enjoy teamwork, this might not be the right fit.
