Job Details
Job Title: Site Administrator
Reporting to: Project Management team and Finance Business Partner
Business Unit: 14809 – Asti
Purpose of the Position
A Site Administrator is required by the Omexom Asti Business Unit to support our large projects. This involves carrying out general office administration, with a focus on Finance, Project Management and Training administration.
Responsibilities & Duties
Including but not limited to the following:
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the projects
Goods receipting and assist with processing of purchase invoices ready for payment
Saving delivery notes on IMS
Collation and input of site timesheets on a weekly basis to strict deadlines
Maintain employees training records and coordinate and book training courses
Assist and arrange travel, meetings, lunches etc
Administration of expenses, receipts, fuel cards etc
Act as a daily contact point in office for Omexom staff contractors, customers, and suppliers
Liaising with project teams to help and resolve issues
Take minutes for meetings
Act as a role model for Omexom Company Values
