Project Manager OT Cybersecurity

Industriële omgevingen worden steeds digitaler en daarmee ook kwetsbaarder. Binnen Actemium BU AIS Veghel ondersteunen wij industriële klanten bij het veilig en in overeenstemming met standaarden en regelgeving inrichten van hun OT‑omgevingen.

Ter versterking van ons CyberSecurity segment zoeken wij een Project Manager OT Cybersecurity die projecten succesvol realiseert én een belangrijke rol vervult in after‑sales support richting klanten en jouw team.


Als Project Manager OT Cybersecurity ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van OT‑CyberSecurity projecten en ondersteun je actief de commerciële trajecten. Je hebt inhoudelijke klantgesprekken, denkt mee over oplossingsrichtingen en vertaalt samen met onze Engineers en Consultants de klantvragen naar concrete voorstellen, offertes en projectramingen. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen projectuitvoering en after‑sales en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega’s en partners. Kortom:


Projectmanagement

  • Leiden en coördineren van OT‑cybersecurityprojecten van intake tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planning, budget, scope en kwaliteit
  • Aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams (OT engineers, cybersecurity specialisten, partners)
  • Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico’s
  • Zorgdragen voor duidelijke communicatie met klanten en interne stakeholders

Sales support

  • Ondersteunen van pre‑ en aftersales-trajecten met OT‑cybersecurity expertise
  • Meedenken over technische en inhoudelijke oplossingsrichtingen
  • Opstellen en onderbouwen van offertes, calculaties en projectramingen
  • Deelnemen aan klantgesprekken, workshops en presentaties
  • Zorgdragen voor een soepele overdracht na projectuitvoering
  • HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring als projectmanager in industriële automatisering, en affiniteit met CyberSecurity
  • Sterke affiniteit met Operational Technology (OT), waaronder SCADA-systemen, PLC’s en industriële netwerken
  • Ervaring met of interesse in pre‑ en after sales support, offertes en calculaties
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van OT‑security, IEC 62443 en NIS2 (of de motivatie om dit te verdiepen)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding
  • Gestructureerde, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkstijl
