·       Ordering from CDW (Licenses)

·       Backup and file restore

·       Desktop/End user break fix support

·       Being a Project based company, timesheets is a key element at monitoring costs

 Technical requirements are essential with a number of years’ experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Core Stack

·       Proven experience with Desktop & Server solutions across the Microsoft stack.

·       WiFi solution experience & knowledge, with Cisco etc.

·       Candidates with Microsoft Certifications would prove advantageous.

·       Active Directory

·       Backup technologies: VEEAM

·       Experience with Solar Winds Server and Applications Monitoring software would prove advantageous
