MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder is responsible, within the SINGA Project team, for activities related to the development and administration of contracts for the Project (FEED, CCFT, EPC).
Responsible for: Call For Tender processes (documents preparation, clarification, negotiation…) with project partners and team based in Singapore:
- CFT for FEED Contracts (offshore, onshore and Jetty/access Roads)
- CCFT for offshore EPC Contract
- CFT for EPC onshore Contract and Jetty/access Roads
- CFT for PV Modules and Batteries Energy Storage System (BESS)
- Preparation and administration of contractual documentation
- Management of the Contract
Reports to the SINGA Project Manager. Accountable for HSSE rules & requirements within his area of responsibility.
ACTIVITIES
- Lead Commercial/contractual matters of the CFT for the URF Package (Documentation preparation, clarification, Contract committee preparation…).
- Commercial/contractual matters related to other contracts (preparation of documents, clarification, contract committee preparation…).
- Commercial/contractual matters such as letters, Change Orders.
- Documentation to comply with Project procedures and management/HSE requirements.
- Participate to claim strategy and prepare technical argumentation with the Project Manager.
- Administrate the Contract(s) to ensure contractor compliance and support the Project Manager during execution phase, including meetings.
- Review correspondence issued to and received from Contractor and provide draft responses.
- Manage Change Order processes including COR/CO log management, contract and commercial reviews, proposing responses.
- Participate to settlement of dispute with legal, insurance and finance specialists when requested.
- Propose Contractual referential (contract templates, governance…) for the Project with Partners.
- Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up.
- Participate to decision process for future contract attribution.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The objective of the Project is to supply 1 GWac of green electricity compliant with EMA requirements to Singapore.
The electricity is generated by a 7.3 GWp PV farm coupled with an indicative 14.21 GWh storage system (BESS) to ensure permanent energy supply (75% quarterly Power Load factor).
The Plant will be in Rangsang Island in Indonesia covering about 6,100ha.
- Qualification: Engineering or QS degree
- Professional Experience (number of years): 10
- Experience of contract (number of years): 15 years mainly in Contract/Controls Management (CCFT and/or Renewables if possible)
- Good knowledge of Contract, and the client procedures and practices
