RESPONSABLE SUPPLY CHAIN F/H

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Achats et Développement Supply-chain, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance de la Supply Chain et assurez le pilotage opérationnel des flux de l'entreprise. Vous contribuez et déployez une Supply Chain performante, compétitive et alignée sur les objectifs de l'organisation.

A ce titre, vous :

 Pilotez la stratégie Supply Chain :

 - Contribuez et déployez la stratégie Supply Chain de l'entreprise.

 - Optimisez les flux à partir de la demande client.

 - Contribuez à l’amélioration des processus Supply Chain.

 - Mettez en œuvre les outils et ressources nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance.

Managez les équipes :

 - Encadrez, accompagnez et évaluez l'équipe Supply Chain.

 - Développez les compétences des collaborateurs.

 - Animez les démarches d'amélioration continue et de performance.

Optimisez les opérations :

 - Pilotez les actions d'amélioration et d'optimisation des flux.

 - Mesurez et optimisez les niveaux de stocks en fonction des objectifs de l'entreprise.

 - Supervisez les inventaires.

 - Proposez et mettez en œuvre des solutions d'amélioration continue.

Gérez les relations fournisseurs et clients :

 - Participez à la sélection, au suivi et à l'évaluation des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

 - Assurez le suivi de la performance fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

 - Êtes le point focal en cas de défaillance ou de situation critique chez les fournisseurs.

 - Êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients sur les sujets Supply Chain.


Formation & expérience :

 - Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, Logistique, Gestion de Production ou équivalent.

 - Expérience significative en environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs aéronautique, spatial et défense

 - Expérience réussie en management d'équipe.

Compétences techniques :

 - Excellente maîtrise des processus Supply Chain.

 - Maîtrise des ERP et des outils bureautiques.

 - Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais technique.

 - Maîtrise des outils d'amélioration continue et de performance industrielle : 5S, Kanban, VSM, indicateurs de pilotage, etc

Qualités personnelles :

 - Leadership et capacité à fédérer.

 - Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

 - Sens de l'organisation et de l'anticipation.

 - Force de proposition et orientation résultats.

 - Excellent relationnel avec les clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes.
