Bonne nouvelle, l'entreprise GTIE Tertiaire du groupe VINCI recrute son/sa futur(e) Alternant(e) RH / Paie pour la rentrée 2026 !

VOS MISSIONS 


Vous participerez à la vie RH quotidienne de l’entreprise et vos missions évolueront selon votre profil et de votre montée en compétences.

  • Administration du personnel : contrats, absences, visites médicales, dossiers Sécurité sociale
  • Paie : collecte des variables et contrôle des bulletins
  • Formation : organisation et suivi des actions, lien avec les écoles
  • Recrutement : rédaction d’annonces, sourcing, suivi des candidatures
  • Support RH : conseil et accompagnement des managers
  • Contribution au respect des règles et obligations RH

Vous serez accompagné(e), challengé(e) et encouragé(e) à prendre des initiatives.


Profil recherché 
Et vous ? 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme Bac +2 / Bac +3 avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac comportant une option ou une orientation RH.

Une première connaissance du droit du travail serait un plus pour mieux appréhender les sujets RH.


La maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) est indispensable pour réussir dans vos missions.


Vous faîtes preuve : 
- D’un bon relationnel et d’une aisance naturelle dans les échanges
- De capacités rédactionnelles et d’un esprit d’analyse
- D’un bon niveau d’autonomie, tout en aimant travailler en équipe
- De rigueur, de discrétion et du sens de la confidentialité


Curieux(se), proactif(ve) et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de pragmatisme et d’un réel sens des responsabilités.


Votre envie d’apprendre et votre motivation seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir votre alternance au sein de notre entreprise.
