HVAC Technician
HVAC TECHNICIAN isrequired by our client, a project solutions provider, to be assigned on a contract basis, located in Richland, Washington.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and recommend ceramics (domestic and international requirements) processing improvements supporting a 30% increase too Richland HRR operations NLT 2030.
- Develop draft design plan for Richland Horn Rapids Road (HRR) workshops (ceramics) assigned.
- Identify and develop action plans for project milestones.
- Recommend items for procurement.
- Identify and develop risks for resolution.
- Refine study scope for areas of assignment (ceramics).
- Identify equipment obsolescence and equipment reaching end of useful life.
- Identify and provide recommendations to improve existing equipment for upgrade/replacement.
- Inform scenario development.
- Help to inform project roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting facility upgrades, system expansions, or capacity increase initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, exhaust systems, and environmental control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
