Chargé(e) de missions SIRH et Data RH F/H

Vous ferez partie de la Direction des Richesses Humaines de la Division rattaché(e) à la Responsable SIRH et Data RH.

Vos principales missions, sans que cette liste soit exhaustive, seront :

• Participer, en lien avec l’équipe Centrale, au déploiement du nouveau SIRH dans les différents pôles de la division en France et en Amérique du Nord.

• Recueillir et documenter les spécificités locales pays (analyse des spécificités métiers, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles…).

• Accompagner le déploiement des projets liés à la digitalisation des processus RH et à l’amélioration de la qualité de la data RH.

• Contribuer à accompagner le changement dans les différents pôles de la division et animer des formations.

• Apporter un support de premier niveau aux pôles sur les sujets SIRH et BI.

• Animer le réseau des consolidateurs RH et la consolidation, la cohérence du reporting social trimestriel.

• Produire le reporting RH mensuel de la division et des analyses ponctuelles.


Profil recherché :

· Bac+5 en RH, école de commerce, université ou école d'ingénieur, spécialisation Systèmes d'information et/ou RH.

· Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des SIRH (cabinet ou entreprise) idéalement en environnement international.

Compétences techniques :

· Double compétence RH et systèmes.

· Gestion de projet.

· Accompagnement au changement.

· Rédaction de documents : présentations support d’ateliers, processus RH, spécifications fonctionnelles, procédures …

· Reporting Social et data RH.

· Maîtrise avancée d’Excel, PowerPoint et outils BI, la connaissance de SuccessFactors serait un plus.

· Anglais courant (minimum C1) : Animation d'un réseau en anglais et en français

Compétences comportementales :

· Bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

· Excellente pédagogie, sens du service, approche orientée solution.

· Rigueur, confidentialité.

· Esprit d’équipe

· A l’aise dans les environnements matriciels.
