Technicien Hotline - support logiciel F/H

Actemium Nantes Nutrition, filiale du groupe VINCI Energies, est spécialisée dans les solutions d’automatisation et de gestion de production pour l’industrie agroalimentaire.
Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Hotline – Support Logiciel Nutriciel (Niveau 1) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et bienveillante.

Vos missions

  • ĂŠtre le premier point de contact pour nos clients utilisateurs du logiciel Nutriciel.
  • Diagnostiquer les incidents, dĂ©panner et rassurer les clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Appliquer les procĂ©dures de dĂ©pannage de niveau 1.
  • RĂ©diger des comptes rendus clairs et structurĂ©s.
  • Monter en compĂ©tence sur le fonctionnement d’une usine agroalimentaire.

Ce que vous saurez faire (ou apprendrez Ă  faire !) :

  • MaĂ®triser l’environnement Windows et les bases de l’informatique.
    Comprendre les bases de la programmation (Windev, C#, .NET, PL/SQL).
  • Approfondir vos connaissances en MES, ERP, automatisme ou base de donnĂ©es.

Formation en informatique (Bac Pro, BTS ou équivalent) – alternance bienvenue.
Aisance relationnelle au téléphone et goût pour le dépannage.
Sens du service, autonomie et rigueur.
Une expérience dans l’industrie ou l’agroalimentaire est un plus.
