Responsable bureau d'études F/H

Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’entreprise, vous assurez la préparation et le suivi des chantiers d’installations électriques.

A ce titre, vous interviendrez sur des équipements courants forts (TGBT, armoire électrique, onduleur, éclairage, poste HT/BT) et ou courant faible (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d’accès, sécurité incendie) Ainsi vous accomplirez les missions suivantes :

Métier

✅ Superviser et coordonner les études électriques sur des projets tertiaires et industriels.

✅ Piloter la conception des installations HT/BT, courants forts et courants faibles.

 ✅ Valider notes de calcul, plans, schémas et dossiers techniques.

 ✅ Garantir la conformité réglementaire et normative des études.

 ✅ Accompagner les responsables d’affaires et les équipes travaux.

 ✅ Participer aux chiffrages et appels d’offres.

Supervision

✅ Encadrer et développer l’équipe du bureau d’études.

✅ Planifier la charge et répartir les dossiers.

✅ Animer les réunions techniques avec les parties prenantes.

✅ Coordonner les interfaces avec les travaux, achats et sous-traitants.

✅ Suivre les indicateurs et améliorer les performances.

Vous êtes le/la garant.e de l’application des règles de sécurité en vigueur dans l’entreprise auprès de vos équipes.


🔎Pour occuper ce poste, nous recherchons un profil qui sera en mesure :

- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en génie électrique.
- 8 ans d’expérience minimum en bureau d’études dont management.
- Maîtrise d’AutoCAD, Caneco, See Electrical ou équivalent.
- Bonne connaissance des environnements tertiaires et industriels.
- Leadership et sens de l’organisation.
